紫外线吸收剂应该具备的条件

紫外线吸收剂应该具备以下条件:①可强烈地吸收紫外线(尤其是波长为290-400nm);②热稳定性好,即使在加工中也不会因热而变化,热挥发性小;③化学稳定性好,不与制品中材料组分发生不利反应;④混溶性好,可均匀地分散在材料中,不喷霜,不渗出;⑤吸收剂本身的光化学稳定性好,不分解,不变色;⑥无色、无毒、无臭;⑦耐浸洗;⑧价廉、易得。紫外线吸收剂按化学结构可分为以下几类:水杨酸酯类、苯酮类、苯并三唑类、取代丙烯腈类、三嗪类和其他类。
UV absorbers should have the following conditions: ① strong absorption of UV (especially the wavelength of 290-400nm); ② good thermal stability, which will not change due to heat even in the processing, with small thermal volatility; ③ good chemical stability, which will not react unfavorably with the material components in the products; ④ good miscibility, which can be evenly dispersed in the materials, without frost spraying and seepage; ⑤ absorption The collector itself has good photochemical stability, does not decompose or change color; ⑥ is colorless, non-toxic and odorless; ⑦ is washable; ⑧ is cheap and easy to obtain. According to the chemical structure, UV absorbers can be divided into the following categories: salicylates, benzoketones, benzotriazoles, substituted acrylonitrile, triazine and others.
