紫外线吸收剂的性能简介及用途
Brief introduction and application of ultraviolet absorber
紫外线吸收剂是一种光稳定剂,能吸收阳光及荧光光源中的紫外线部分,而本身又不发生变化。塑料和其它高分子材料在日光和荧光下,因紫外线的作用,产生自动氧化反应,导致聚合物的降解而劣化,使外观及机械性能变差。加入紫外线吸收剂后可选择性地吸收这种高能量的紫外线,使之变成无害的能量而释放或消耗。
Ultraviolet absorber is a kind of light stabilizer, which can absorb the ultraviolet part of sunlight and fluorescent light source without changing itself. Plastics and other polymer materials in sunlight and fluorescence, due to the action of ultraviolet, produce automatic oxidation reaction, resulting in degradation of polymers and deterioration of appearance and mechanical properties. After adding ultraviolet absorber, it can selectively absorb the high-energy ultraviolet, and make it become harmless energy to release or consume.
聚合物的种类不同,使其劣化的紫外线波长也不相同,不同的紫外线吸收剂可吸收不同波长的紫外线,使用时,应根据聚合物的种类选择紫外线吸收剂。
Different types of polymers lead to different UV wavelengths. Different UV absorbers can absorb different wavelengths of UV. Therefore, UV absorbers should be selected according to the types of polymers.
紫外线吸收剂应该具备以下条件:①可强烈地吸收紫外线(尤其是波长为290-400nm的紫外线);②热稳定性好,即使在加工中也不会因热而变化,热挥发性小;③化学稳定性好,不与制品中材料组分发生不利反应;④混溶性好,可均匀地分散在材料中,不喷霜,不渗出;⑤吸收剂本身的光化学稳定性好,不分解,不变色;⑥无色、无毒、无臭;⑦耐浸洗;⑧价廉、易得。
The ultraviolet absorber should have the following conditions: ① it can strongly absorb ultraviolet rays (especially the ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 290-400nm); ② it has good thermal stability, which will not change due to heat even in the processing; ③ it has good chemical stability and does not have adverse reaction with the material components in the product; ④ it has good miscibility and can be evenly dispersed in the material without frost spraying and impermeability (5) the photochemical stability of the absorbent itself is good, and does not decompose or change color; 6) it is colorless, non-toxic and odorless; 7) it is washable; and (8) it is cheap and easy to obtain.
紫外线吸收剂按化学结构可分为以下几类:水杨酸酯类、苯酮类、苯并三唑类、取代丙烯腈类、三嗪类和其他类。

性能及用途:无色结晶粉末。具有令人愉快的芳香气味(冬青油气味)。密度1.250g/cm3,熔点43℃,沸点(1.6kPa)173℃。易溶于乙醚、苯和氯仿,溶于乙醇,几乎不溶于水和甘油。
Properties and uses: colorless crystalline powder. It has a pleasant aromatic smell (Holly oil smell). Density 1.250g/cm3, melting point 43 ℃, boiling point (1.6kpa) 173 ℃. Soluble in ether, benzene and chloroform, soluble in ethanol, almost insoluble in water and glycerol.
本品为一种紫外线吸收剂,用于塑料制品,但吸收波长范围较窄。美国食品药物管理局批准用于接触食品的丙烯酸树脂用品。
This product is a kind of ultraviolet absorbent, used in plastic products, but the absorption wavelength range is narrow. Food and Drug Administration approved acrylic resin products for food contact.

成 分:邻硝基苯胺、对甲苯酚的反应产物
Ingredient: reaction product of o-nitroaniline and p-cresol
性能及用途:外观为无色或淡黄色结晶。能溶于汽油、苯、丙酮等多种有机溶剂。在水中溶解度极小,不被浓碱、浓酸分解。它可以和重金属离子化合成盐。能吸收270~280nm波长的紫外线。熔点130~131℃。
Performance and application: colorless or yellowish crystal in appearance. It is soluble in gasoline, benzene, acetone and other organic solvents. Its solubility is very small in water and is not decomposed by concentrated alkali and acid. It can be combined with heavy metal ions to form salts. It can absorb ultraviolet rays of 270-280 nm. The melting point is 130-131 ℃.
本品主要用于聚酯、含氯聚酯、醋纤、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、有机玻璃、聚丙烯腈等树脂中。在透明制品中的稳定性较在着色制品是更好。在制品中的用量为0.%~0.5%。
This product is mainly used in polyester, chlorine containing polyester, acetate fiber, PVC, polystyrene, plexiglass, polyacrylonitrile and other resins. The stability in transparent products is better than that in colored products. The dosage in the product is 0.5% ~ 0.5%. |
